Polish Agricultural Advisory Agency (PADR) helps agricultural entrepreneurs to obtain financing from European Union in the form of non-refundable grants.

Its founder, Jakub Szymański, is an exceptionally charismatic entrepreneur who created his vision for the agency while running his previous agricultural business, “Bazar Natury”, which was an organic food bazaar that unites rural suppliers in the heart of Gdańsk, the largest city in northern Poland.

Observing the daily challenges of his suppliers and their struggles with business expansion, he helped his clients to obtain first grants, gaining experience and learning more about the attitude and goals of the EU aimed at the sector, which ultimately led him to start a new venture.

Kuba reached out in the summertime of 2023 to provide full digital setup of PADR and as the opening of the autumn calls for EU grants were just around the corner, we’ve been asked to operate fast.

Thanks to our wonderful team, we’ve been able to design full digital strategy with communications, content and advertising planning by the end of the Autumn. In the beginning of September we’ve created a highly converting website, which served as the main tool for collecting leads, alongside tracking and GA4 setup, which is always essential for proper results. Being well-prepared for the project launch did not prevent us from facing 2 major concerns regarding our PADR performance estimates.

As soon as we started to inject traffic to PADR website through paid ads, we’ve made few adjustments to contact form thanks to data collected by Lucky Orange. As our digital campaigns were in learning phase, we have drawn our first conclusions regarding performance.

We’ve started with wide spectrum of ads placements including Meta Ads traffic and conversion campaigns with dark posts and lead ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube shorts Ads, Google Display Network, Programmatic, Google Ads brand, search and Performance Max campaigns. After solid period of testing, we’ve had a clear winner. TikTok. Thanks to Jakub’s unique energy and his language of benefits as a founder, TikTok generated the most lucrative results, so we’ve moved a huge part of the media budget over there.

Above actions gave us a pleasure of generating 3722 leads over 3 months period, leaving PADR with a lot of deals ahead.
